If Your mindset is not correct,
- you will eat junk food
- your focus will be scattered

- you overthink things that are not relevant
- you will constantly think that something is wrong with you
- you don't want to meet people even if we humans are social creatures
I started working out 5 years ago, it was one of the best decisions I have made.
Initially, I thought I would transform my physique from skinny to lean muscle mass.
I did BUT,
As I worked out consistently, I realized it was more for my mental health.
Over time You realize that You are gaining mental toughness.
- that anxiety vanished
- you automatically eat clean
- you see yourself as a growth warrior
- your mind is at peace, you act more and overthink less
- your confidence skyrockets, as you are using your own credibility
- people around you feel the intense aura, inspired by you, and ask you how they can do the same
